I think that the Holocaust couldn't happen in the U.S because the holocaust started in 1941 and the U.S and Germany were close allies and partners outside of the European Union. The people of the two countries see each other as reliable allies but disagree on some key policy issues. Either way, it wouldn't happen or it will start a war.
