Answer: She ate
2(19)/(21) of the pizza pies.

Explanation:

Pizza pizza pies left =
4\frac37=(7*4+3)/(7)=(28+3)/(7)

=(31)/(7)

In the middle of the night, Mrs. Storz ate
\frac23 of pizza.

Pizza she ate =
(31)/(7)*\frac23=(62)/(21)=2(19)/(21)

Hence, she ate
2(19)/(21) of the pizza pies.
