y-3=4(x+2)

Explanation:

Once you know how the point slope form equation is laid out this question is actually quite easy. Point slope form looks like this

y-y2=slope(x-x2)

I put the y in the front and the slope (4) comes after the equal sign. Then x is subtracted from x. But I put a plus sign because when you subtract a negative number, it is the same as adding a negative number. This is why the ending part of the equation is (x+2) instead of (x--2). Hopefully this makes sense...
