Answer:

William Shakespeare’s ideas are not relevant to modern students because he wrote to be spoken and heard, not to be read behind a desk. No students like to learn about him, everything he writes is extremely boring and is just him butchering the English language. He’s a part of history, not like WW1 or WW2 where we can learn from our mistakes, time to move on. These paragraphs below will explain why exactly William Shakespeare is irrelevant to modern students of today's society.

Step-by-step explanation:

William Shakespeare wrote for his own reasons, to be heard and spoken. He also wrote about things from his time, 400 years ago. None of the things he wrote about are relevant because it's just showing men having a lot more power than women, which is not the same as today, or people killing themselves when they are sad, Romeo and Juliet, which we shouldn’t do. He didn’t write so modern students 400 years later can learn about him from behind a desk. He is not relevant, yet we are taught about him . English, the most common language in the world, the language we were born speaking and others who don’t speak it learn. We have a subject called English which helps us learn more about it and use bigger words, but we learn about someone butchering the language. After all, we have been taught, to use the correct words and grammar, and we learn about some dead guy that does the exact opposite. Saying something as simple as, ‘my name is Zeke’ is ‘mine own nameth is Zeke’ according to Shakespeare, and we learn about this!? This is another reason Shakespeare is irrelevant to us modern students, it's hard for us to understand the plot and we don’t want to have to learn a whole new language.
