Answer: Look at the explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

Knowing history matters because we don't want to repeat the past. It also helps to know that if you want to be a historian, teach history to others, or do a job that requires knowledge of history. It's also helpful to know what shaped the world we live in today.

Knowing history matters because we must educate ourselves on what happened in the past so that we don't repeat certain aspects of it. It helps us develop a better understanding of how societies behaved back then and how it differs from how we behave today. We can see the growth of society as we know it today. Also, it helps to grow our appreciation for certain things we have today that weren't available to others in the past. Certain events in history led to some of the laws we have today, so history helps us create new laws.
