the y-intercept occurs where x=0, therefore the y-intercept is 1 :)

Answer:

the y intercept is 1 at the point (0,1)

Explanation:

the y-intercept is when x = 0 because the x-axis is how many you go over, so if you go over none and up or down some, the point lies on the y-axis, and when a point lies on the y-axis, it's the y-intercept.

hope this helps :))
