Let N be that the sum is 8

The sample space of these two dice when rolled is 36

Probability of 8 and even numbers is (4,4),(6,2),(2,6)

= 3/36 = 0.08333

Probability of sum of 8 is (4,4),(5,3)(3,5),(6,2),(2,6)

= 5/36 = 0.1389

P(M|N) = 0.08333/0.1389

= 0.599

Approximately 0.6
