Sprint offers the new iPhone 12 for a down payment of $30, plus $95 per month. Verizon offers the new iPhone 12 for a down payment of $45, plus $35 per month. In how many months will the phones cost the same amount?

For sprint you would add up 30 + 95 =125
For Verizon you would add up 45 + 35=$80
Then you want to keep and doing them up so
125+125=250 (1 month for sprint)
80+80=160 1 month for Verizon)
)Each time you add either one 80 or 125 you are adding a month)
250+125=$375 (2 month for sprint)
160+80=$260 (2 months for Verizon)
375+125=$490 (3 months! For sprint)
260+80=$340 (3 months for Verizon )
490+125=$615 (4 months for sprint)
340+80=$420 (4 months for Verizon)
615+125=$740 ( 5 months for sprint)
420+80=$500 ( 5 months for Verizon)
740+125=$865 (6 months for sprint)
500+80=$580 ( 6 months for Verizon)
865+125=$990 (7 months! For sprint!)
580+80= $660 (7 months for Verizon)
990+125=$1115 (8 months for sprint)
660+80=$740. ( 8 months for Verizon)
1115+125=$1240 ( 9 months for sprint)
740 + 80= $820 ( 9 months for Verizon)
1240+125=1365 ( 10 months for sprint)
820+80 = 900. ( 10 months for Verizon)
Hope this some how helps
