y=3/4x -3. You find the slope which is rise 3 and run 4 so it’s 3/4. Then the y intercept is already given to you since it’s just where the slope crosses the y axis. Y intercept is -3.

The equation of this line is y= 3/4x - 3
Because the y intercept is -3 and the slope is rise 3 run 4 making it 3/4. It is a increasing line so it has a positive slope
