Explanation:

So for example 369.28

The 2 will be a tenth (Because every first decimal starts with a tenth)

The 8 will be a hundredth (This happens because it is being multiplied by 10)

"But what if it is two or more decimals?"

You would just combine it and say it as a number but end it with a "ths".

So you get 369 and 28 hundredths
