For f(x)=3x+1 and g(x)=x^2-6, find (fxg)(x).

3x^2-17

4x^2-6x-8

3x^3+x^2-18x-6

3x^3+x^2-6x-6

Answer:

3x+1+x^2-6

Explanation:

(fxg)(x)= 3x+1+x^2-6

f(x) is = to 3x+1

and g(x) is = to x^2-6

so the answer would be 3x+1+x^2-6!
