First convert numbers into prime numbers. find which number(s) is/are repeating. Multiply all numbers execpt for the number that repeat. Multiply those once.

12 = 3*2*2

14 = 2*7

One 2 repeats

3*2*2*7 = 21*4 = 84

Lcm(12, 14) = 84
