y = -7x - 13

Explanation:

When graphing a great website to use is desmos graphing calculator. In it I put in the equation you gave me and the point (-1,-6). When making a parallel equation it should have the same slope as the original problem, so -7. I then set up the equation for y = -7x, since that is what the know and put in numbers to the y-intercept till it matched up with the dot. Making the equation y = -7x - 13
