C. 3 : 5
D. 24 : 40
Explanation:
For C:
6 ÷ 2 = 3
10 ÷ 2 = 5
Put them together: 3 : 5
For D:
6 × 4 = 24
10 × 4 = 40
Put them together: 24 : 40
