When we simplify radicals we need to make sure that one of the numbers in the pair of numbers is a perfect square. Explain why it is important (and necessary) to always have one of the numbers be a perfect square? How does it help us simplify radicals?

You would have to simplify 637 and then you would get your answer 9.17
