Explanation:

(-20, -4)

(-12, -10)

Slope = (Y2 - Y1)/(X2 - X1)

Plug in the x and Y coordinates:

-10 - (-4)/-12 - (-20)

-10 + 4/-12 + 20

-6/8

Slope = -6/8
