I know you said you don't need work but I want to make sure you're still learning. So for the first one you just recognize the pattern in the chart. The numbers are going up 2 for every number, so if 36 is equivalent to 11, then 38 would be 12, 40 would be 13 and so on. Eventually, we get to 44 being equivalent to 15, we don't wanna go all the way up to 46 so we stop at 15 and only add half to our fifteen, so we end off with 15.5. Then we multiply that by 1000 and get 15,500. Then we just add our units, which in this case is dollars to get $15,500. For the second problem we just divide 35 mi by 7 hours and we get 5, we now know that Elise is traveling at 5 miles per hour. Then we multiply 5 by 9 to get 45. Don't forget to add your units though! This time our unit is miles, so we get our final answer of 45 mi.
