Answer:

y = -2/3x +4 --> y = mx+b form

Explanation:

-3x-2y = -8 --> add 3x to both side

-2y = 3x-8 --> divide by -2 on both side

y = -2/3x +4 --> y = mx+b form

the y intercept is 4 and the slope is -2/3, down 2, right 3.

therefore, the graph would contain a y intercept point of (0,4) and then from there u would start plotting down 2, going right 3 unit or up 2 and left 3 units. Then when u plotted at least 2/3/4 points, use a straightedge to draw the line.
