Look at the numerators, how do you change 90.6 to 22.65? You divide 90.6, but by what? So, we divide to get the number we divide by, which is 4.

90.6 divided by 22.65 = 4

Now, we do the same to the 12 2/5. Since we divided the top by 4, we'll divide 12 2/5 by 4 as well. Change 12 2/5 to a decimal and then divide to get the denominator of the second number.

12 2/5 divided by 4 = 3.1

So, 90.6/12 2/5 = 22.65/3.1
