You are at a grocery store picking up some eggs for a cake you are baking, when the elderly lady in front of you collapses.

As you bend down to see if you can help, you see that she is awake but a little confused. Her skin appears to be very pale and sweaty. She is also shaking as if she is cold. You notice that she has a scrape that is bleeding on her nose and she is holding her wrist.

•Do you know the difference between injury and illness?
•Is this woman suffering from an injury or illness?
•What are some questions you can ask her to help you figure what her problems are?
