Jaime is analyzing the exponential function y=19(0.91)^x. What is the growth or decay rate? Answer choices: A. 9% growth. B. 9% decay. C. 91% growth. D. 91% decay.

PS. I don't really understand this because this is new but can someone please find this as soon as possible <3. The x is an exponent.
