Answer:

C' is (6,3)

Explanation:

Since the new image was reflected over the x-axis, the x-coordinate would be the same as the orginial, it wouldn't change. The only thing that would change is the y-coordinate. The image has to be the same distance away from the original, so that means the y-coordinate would be the opposite sign. Reflecting the image over the x-axis would put it in quadrant one, so the y-coordinate would have to be positive.
