Bill drove 200 miles in 4 hours. How long will it take to drive 300 miles? How long will it take to drive 400 miles? Explain how you got your answer

So the real is 8 and 6

Explanation:

First you would look at 200 and 4

(200 to 4)-ratio. Then you divide 200/4=50.

50 is your unit rate! But we aren't done yet, you have to divide 300/50

and 400/5.

300/50=6

400/50=8

If you are confused of how i found it, first look at it (300/50).

Remove one zero from 300 and 50 -(30& 5)-. Does it look familiar now? What number can be multiplied by 5 to get you 30? You would divide 30/5 which gives you..6!! Now we will do the same with (400/50) remove both zero(s)

(40/5). What number can be multiplied by 5 to get you 40? Yes! You divide, 40/5=8. YaY you did it!
