y = -1/4x - 5

Explanation:

The Y intercept is negative 5. The slope is negative, because the line is going left, or down, as some may know it. The slope is 1/4 from every point, you go over 4 and up 1. I remember it by, in this case 1 over 4 (1/4), because you go up 1 OVER 4. So I know 4 is going to be on the bottom because the other number is OVER it.
