y=-6x+2

Gradient = -6

Gradient of the line passing through point (0,4)

= -6

i.e it is parallel to y=-6x+2.

Equation of the line is given as:

y - 4 = -6(x - 0)

y -4 = -6x

y = -6x + 4.
