we can find k by:
k = -25/5 = -5
we can plug -5 into the 2nd equation:
5 (-5) -1 = -25 -1
-26 = -26
which is true

That is true
5k = -25
If you substitute it into the equation :
5k-1
-25-1= -25-1
It is true.
Hope this helps!
