Answer:

Answer is D

Explanation:

Firstly we need to know the slope-intercept form of the equation which is

y=mx+c

where m is the slope/gradient and c is the y-intercept

calculate the slope which is m by the formula

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

use any two points lets say i use (2,-5) and (-4,13)

m=(13-(-5))/(-4-2)\\ \\m=(13+5)/(-6) \\m=(18)/(-6)\\ m=-3

so our slope is m which is -3

and in our multiple choice's we can see that only 1 equation has the gradient of -3 which is option D so option D is the correct answer.
