Answer:

A

Explanation:

Take a look at the slope-intercept form of the equation .

y=mx+c

Slope of 9/7 and y-intercept of 1/3 means replace m which is slope and c is the y-intercept which becomes

y=(9)/(7)x+(1)/(3)

now we take LCM of 7 and 3 which becomes

y=(27x+7)/(21)

and then,

21y=27x+7

so A is our Answer

if arrange the equation accordingly

27x-21y=-7
