m∠x = 63°

Explanation:

Finding m∠x

Because AB║DC that means that ∠BAD (or ∠x) = ∠BCD, which means that

m∠x = m∠C

so, replacing m∠C with its degree in that equation (of sorts) leaves us with our answer

m∠x = 63°

Finding m∠y

m∠y = 180 - ∠B - ∠C --- All angles in a triangle add up to 180

m∠y = 180 - 72 - 63

So,

m∠y = 45°

Finding m∠z

Because this is a parralelogram we know that ∠y = ∠DBC and that ∠BDC = ∠ABD.

Because ∠BDC is ∠z then that means the following

m∠z = m∠ABD

substituting its given value into that we get

m∠z = 72°
