∠1 = 29°

∠1 + 90° + 4x-3 = 180°(angle sum property of a triangle)

29° + 90° + 4x -3 = 180°

4x = 64

x = 64/4

x = 16

if you take your equation and divide 4 on both sides your left with .75

First you want to cancel out 4x which basically means multiplication. to cancel it out you do division. ➗

After then 3 divide by 4 is .75

You bring the result down and now you have x = .75

you can also check this Mathmaticlly. to do this you put your answer in where the variable is. so it should look like this 4(.75) - 3. 4 times .75 is 3. 3= 3 you got the right answer
