Find the midpoint of each of the 3 sides of the triangle and extend lines from each point.

Explanation:

take a compass and put the needle on the a point of the triangle and extend the graphite more than half way on one of the sides and draw a mark. Repeat on the other point of that side and the marks should intercept twice. draw a line along those to points you just created. This creates a perpendicular bisector. You can do this on all the sides and the three vertical bisectors should intercept.
