Gene mutations in cancer cells interfere with the normal activity within a cell.This can cause it to grow out of control and/or not die when it should. Cancerous cells can continue to grow because they behave differently than normal cells do. Cancer cells differ from regular cells in many ways,one of their more apparent traits is that they divide quickly with no control over them.The amino acid glutamine is one of the many key factors to helping the growth of cancer cells. Like all cells, cancer cells need nutrients to grow,sugar is one important fuel for it's development, but is far from the only factor.
