Answer:

1. The Poet was angry with his friend and mostly, his enemy.

2. At first, the poet was angry with his friend. Then, he grew angrier at his enemy.

3. The poet poisoined the apple on a tree and when his enemy ate it, he died from the poison. I don’t think it was the right thing to do. It is normal to feel angry but not okay to go past the line and kill someone.

4. The tree represents the poet’s anger rising and growing. It symbolizes the poet’s hatred for his enemy.

5. I would treat my friend much differently than my enemy. If my friend and I got into a fight, I would try to become friendly again. If I met my enemy, I would simply ignore he/she.
