It would take 3 hours for Jaines to be cheaper.
One hour:
D- 20+10(1)=30
J- 30+5(1)=35
Two hours:
D- 20+10(2)=40
J- 30+5(2)=40
Three hours:
D- 20+10(3)=50
J- 30+5(3)=45
