Asexual reproduction (also called asexual multiplication) corresponds to the ability to live organisms to multiply alone (without male or female partners), that is to say without involving the fusion of two gametes of different sex.

The parasitic organism usually hinges on their host cells for nutritional benefits and for sustenance. Before this can happen, they need to adjust to the new environment(i.e. the host cell environment) and alter the functionality of the host immune system.

Hence, by using asexual means of reproduction, newer species which have genetically and environmentally hybrid species are being produced which can quickly adapt to these environments and they can thrive better than their predecessors.
