In snapdragons, flower color is controlled by incomplete dominance. The two alleles are red (R) and white (W). The heterozygous genotype is expressed as pink. A pink-flowered plant (parent 1) is crossed with a white-flowered plant (parent 2). Parent's Genotype: parent 1 X parent 2

Answer: The cross that will produce the most pink-flowered plant is Rw.

Explanation: If you do a Punnett square

R w

w Rw ww

w Rw ww

It will be Red=50% and White=50%

So, for both it is 50% so the genotype is Rw and the phenotype is red and white mixed together to have pink
