y=10-6x/2

Explanation:

Ok so first you need to subtract 6x. Yes, you just subtract the whole thing from 10. So carry it over to the ten. It should look like this. 2y=10-6x

You had to carry the whole thing because you have a variable. Next, you need to get rid of the 2 that is still hanging on to they. So you do the opposite of multiplication since you are multiplying 2 and y. So divide 10-6x by 2. Well you can't exactly do that because there is a variable with the six. So it would just be 10-6x over 2.
