So you do

Bag A - 6 / 4.14 =1.44
Bag B - 2.5/ 1.80 = 1.38

So bag b is better value

Answer:

Bag \: A, \: 6 \: kg \: for \: \$4.14 \: : is \: the \: better - value.

Explanation:

at \: the \: rate \: of \: 6 kg \: for \: \$4.14 \\ 2.5kg \: will \: cost \to \\ (2.5 * 4.14)/(6) = 1.725 \\ hence \: \$1.725 \: is \: less \: than \: \$1.80 \\ therefore \: the \: first \: bag \: has \: \\ the \: better \: value.
