I NEED A ANSWER ASAPP!!!!!

A linear regression has a correlation coefficient of r=0.82

. Would this be a good correlation coefficient? What is the best value you could have for a correlation coefficient? Explain your reasoning completely.

Answer:

not very good

Explanation:

the correlation should be almost 1 to be a good representation of the data. 0.82 isn't very close. This would be a pretty "rough" approximation at best. Maybe that's all that's needed but usually something close to 1.. like 0.99 is needed.
