5b. You can know by the consecutive interior angles thm and the DLD thm.

First use the DLD thm to find the interior angles then use the connsectutive interior angles thm.

Explanation:

I believe A isn't parallel because it's supposed to have the same number but they're one off from each other

B is parallel because when you add the numbers they equal 180 and since they're opposite they'd have to equal 180 in order to be parallel
