x = 2

y = 24

Explanation:

The diagonals in the parallelogram bisect each other. That is why RQ and TQ are the same size and SQ and VQ are the same size:

5x + 10 = 20 | -10

5x = 10 | :5

x = 2

3x + y = 30

3*2 + y = 30

6 + y = 30 | -6

y = 24
