Answer:

Y = 3X + 1

Explanation:

Find the slope of 2 points 4-1/1-0= 3/1 = 3 then pull 1 point into y-y1 = m (x-x1) so I’ll use (1,4) so Y-4 = 3 (x-1) so y-4 = 3X -3 then y = 3X + 1
