First we calculate the pressure at piston A:

P= F÷a

given that,

#F= 20N

#a=1m^2

P= 20÷1

P= 20 Pa.

At piston B:

pressure is the same = 20Pa

Area= 4m^2

P=F/a

F= P×a

F= 20 × 4

F= 80N
