\tt Step-by-step~explanation:

We have to find the length in between the two points. To do so, we take the absolute value of the points and add them together.

\tt Step~1:

Point A is at -10. The absolute value of -10 is 10. (Absolute value: any value inside these: || = positive. Ex: |-10| = 10)

Point B is at 4.

\tt Step~2:

Add both numbers together.

10 + 4 = 14

\large\boxed{\tt Our~final~answer:~14}

Another easier way to solve is to count the spaces in between -10 and 4. You would still get 14 as your answer if you do this.
