I believe that I have many leadership traits and some include Communication, Self-Confidence, and Goal setting. I believe I possess these traits because I can communicate really well if I need to. Say if i'm playing a team game with my friends I can be a good leader that communicates like how they can pass the ball or I pass to them and they hit it in. I also possess the Self-Confidence aspect of it because I believe in myself every time I play this game, especially with my friends because I don't want to let them down and lose the game for us. Goal setting I believe I have this trait because I can set a goal to do and then I can reach that goal and be proud of myself. I chose these three leadership traits because whenever I am playing a game with my friends I feel as if they put all their trust into me to help the team win the game and have fun while doing it.
