Answer:

y=-4x+3

Explanation:

Point slope form equation is

y-y_1=x(x-x_1)

where
(x_1,y_1) is the point through which the line passes and m is the slope in this case we have the point (1,-1) and slope that is m= -4

so,

y-y_1=m(x-x_1) becomes

y-(-1)=(-4)(x-1)

y+1=-4(x-1)

y+1=-4x+4\\y=-4x+4-1\\y=-4x+3
