A because 100 minus 30 minus 60 is 10 so the answer would be a

Answer: 10%
Reason: Normally, the total is 100% and Mr. Heftwhistle sold 30% and another 60%. Add 30 and 60 together and you get 90%. You need 10% more until you get 100%. Your answer!
