  1. Steroids affect many body organs such as Liver , heart. Steroids have a range of side effects such as damage to the cardiovascular system , liver disease or liver cancer . It causes change in the lipid metabolism leading to hardening of the arteries ( arteriosclerosis ) , water retention in the body tissues and mental health problems like depression, libido and aggressions substance dependence , premature skeletal maturation in children or effect on the reproductive system.
  2. In both the cases tobacco cause cancer , when it is chewed it can cause mouth cancer and when smoked , cause lung cancer.
  3. Cannabinoids are the drugs that cause damage to mouth and teeths leads to teeth pulp and mouth cancer . Examplesof cannabinoids are hashish and marijuana.
  4. Alcohol damage the liver and make it fatty that is very harmful . Nicotine also make lungs fatty and one unable to breathe properly.
