Answer:

The answer is C

Explanation:

Use the Point-Slope Equation by doing y2-y1/x2-x1

Let say that 10 is x2 and 16 is y2. We can also say that -5 is x1 and -2 is y1.

Now Subtract 16 by -2

Do the same with 10 and 2.

We should get y=6/5x+b

We are halfway through now. We have to find the Y intercept.

let's replace x,y with -5,-2 which were one of the points.

-2=6/5(-5)+b

Once we simplify, we get y=4

Therefore, the answer is y=6/5x+4, or C

Hope you understand
