Solution.

We need to find the value of x for the given expression.

(3x-7-2)/(3(9x-6))=15

or

(3x-9)/(3(9x-6))=15

Firstly, cross multiplying both sides,

3x-9=45(9x-6)

or

3x-9=405x-270

Taking like terms together,

3x-405x=-270+9\\\\-402x=-261\\\\x=(261)/(402)\\\\x=(87)/(134)

So, the value of x is
(87)/(134)
